I’m passionate about living with intention, supporting others, prioritizing mental health, and being present for what matters most — especially my family. I’m incredibly grateful for my wife, Laura, and our daughter, Gabby, who keep me grounded and remind me why this work matters.
Like many people, my path hasn’t been linear. I lost my mom at a young age and later faced my own battle with addiction. Those experiences shaped me deeply and ultimately led me to sobriety in 2014. Since then, I’ve gained perspective, clarity, and a deep appreciation for the small moments that often get overlooked.
Today, my purpose is simple: to help others lead more grounded, fulfilling lives. Whether through leadership, well-being, or honest reflection, I share what I’ve learned in the hope that it helps someone pause, reset, and move forward with intention.
I’m glad you’re here — and I hope something you find resonates with you.
